Personality: 13 is a solitary creature, due to his monstrous appearance. He can barely talk and prefers to live in the sewers. In battle, he often flies into an animalistic rage. He doesn't care much about humans, but he does seem to have a soft spot for infants. He has an interest in rats, and feels like they're his only friends.

History: 13 was born in a vat. He was part of super soldier program funded by the U.S Government. He was kept in a small room, his only companions being the scientists that checked up on him. He grew at an astonishing rate, being 6' feet when he was only 2 years old. He started to develop a curios personality. When he refused to kill, he was ordered to be terminated.13 fought his way out of the facility and hid in the sewers of New York.
