The New York Assault

Doctor Necrodium's warning has been true to his word, and New York is under assault from the largest army in history! Necrodium's vast forces have begun to make their march towards New York from all sides possible, worse, the army is made up of the clones of the worlds mightiest metahumans! The time has come for heroes to unite and defend the Big Apple from the forces of the dreaded Doctor Necrodium

Three of New York's boroughs are being separately invaded by entirely different forces, all working their way towards Manhattan, most likely aiming to invade the heaviest populated area, but dealing with the lower important areas first. The aim of Necrodium is clear, he wants to destroy New York entirely, three different forces will be formed to face Doctor Necrodium's armies, and if all else fails, the final stand will be made in Manhattan.

Doctor Necrodium has yet to show himself, but he is somewhere near, lurking in the dark...

Goals

Primary Goal:

Prevent the destruction of New York by Doctor Necrodium's armies

Secondary Goals:

Find Doctor Necrodium
Prevent any more possible damage from coming to New York
Find Doctor Necrodium's reason for destroying the city

Sections

New York Assault participation is gonna be split apart into 3 parts, characters will only be able to join one, and will not be allowed to join another one. (One character per mission) Each section is for a certain district, and each section has a different enemy, choose wisely.

The Bronx

Doctor Necrodium's ground forces have begun their thunderous march towards the Bronx borough!

The army consists of numerous brutish monsters, a team of superhumanly powerful individuals is ideal in facing this army. Reports claim that Necrodium's right hand man, Ibis, is located amongst the armies.

Queens

Doctor Necrodium's air forces are raining down fire upon Queens borough!

The force itself is generally weak, but they maintain an aerial advantage over New York's defenses. It is recommended that fliers and long range fighters deal with these opponents.

Brooklyn

Doctor Necrodium's sea forces have begun advancing on Brooklyn borough!

The forces have obliterated New York's naval forces, using strange powers and overwhelming hordes. This force is recommended to be dealt with by more intelligent individuals.
