Super Hero/Villain/Renegade/etc Name: The Autumn Knight
Title: Elf, The Knight
Alignment: Chaotic Lawful
Age: Approximately three thousand two hundred years.
Gender: Male
Race: High Sidhe
Hair: White
Eyes: Gray
Height: Six feet eight inches
Weight: 140lbs
Personality: The Autumn Knight is an honourable man, but he is not above duplicitous means to achieve his ultimate goal. To him his mission is everything, anything else comes second. Though he would follow through on any oath given anyway, due to his Fae nature it's not a question of honour, but a compulsion. A promise thrice made by a Fae is magically binding to the Fae and must be followed. Also due to his Fae nature, he literally cannot tell a lie. He can tell half truths, and use misleading phrases, but he cannot actually say an untruth, if he knows otherwise. He loves nature, and communes with it as much as he can. Out of all humans, he prefers the company of those of Irish or Scottish decent.
History: Born, such as the term can be used for the Fae, into the Autumn Court of the Sidhe, He aged learning the ways of his people. Around his one hundred and fiftieth birthday, the Autumn knight of his court perished, passing the mantle onto him. Though he would seem old to humans, at this point he was very young and this caused quite the stir in the courts. But over the years he proved himself a capable and brave warrior. Then during his two hundred and seventy sixth year as the Autumn Knight, the Winter and Summer Faery courts attacked both Fall and Spring, toppling them. Before the fall of his court, his queen bid him go out into the world of man and find a way to restore their court to it's glory, she gave him a magic sword made from the antler of the Stag god Cernunnos to aid him in this. Ever since he has been constantly attacking the Winter court, and seeking knowledge and allies that could help him in saving his queen.
Powers: The gift of tongues. As all languages evolved from the Faery language, all Fae have an innate understanding of all languages, and their essence as spirits of nature, allow them to commune with animals and other spirits.
If a wind is blowing, he is able to catch it and ride it as though he were a leaf, though he cannot control where he goes, he just follows the wind.
Being a High Sidhe means he can travel between the Faery world and the human world during the sunset hours of the day at will.
Weaknesses: Iron is toxic to the Fae, though they different Fae can have different reactions to it, the reaction is always very negative. The Autumn Knight's skin, when exposed to pure iron, blackens and cracks as though it were being burnt.
If a circle of power is formed, he can not pass through it or effect anything on the other side of it. Meaning, if someone were to surrounded themselves with one, they would be completely safe from him. Or, even better, if they managed to form one around him he would be fully trapped. A circle of power can be made by any mortal, by making a circle through any means, and putting a force of will into it's formation, but the mortal must believe in what he or she is doing. A circle of power can be broken by any action of a mortal, whether it be passing a hand through it, or throwing a non magical item through it.
If his true name is discovered, the one that knows it can use it to bend him to their will. Forcing him to do their bidding.
Sunrise greatly weakens him unless he is inside an enclosed space until the sunrise passes. Sunrise also dispels circles of power.
If given a gift, he must give one in return. There is no question about that. Same with having favours done for him. Though a gift or a favour could be given in exchange for either.

Character Image/Description:
Roleplay Sample: The troll howled in agony as it's arm came off at the elbow. "Damn these beasts... They just will not stay dead!" As if to confirm what the grey skinned man had just said, the Troll's arm began regrowing even as it charged at him, tusks lowered for goring. Lunging straight forward he thrust his spear straight into the Troll's eye, it howled again and thrashed it's head to the side, purple blood flying out over the browning grass. When the sword snapped the man clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth and leaped backwards away from the beast. Reaching to his right, he pulled a bloodied spear out of the chest of one of his fallen allies. Narrowing his eyes he charge yelling his war cry. "For Autumn!" The troll took the spear right to the gut, and swatted the man aside, sending him sprawling through the air. He crashed against a tree, it's leaves in an array of fiery colours, falling around him as he landed on the ground.
"Yon dogs of the hateful Winter Court shall n'ere lay eyes upon my queen. Not so long as I, the Knight of Autumn draw a ragged breath!" He pulled himself shakily to his feet, leaning against the bark of the great tree. At this distance, he was able to get a good luck at the Troll menacing him from a distance. Arrows covered the beast's back, blood dripping angrily from the wound in it's chest. The sword blade still lodged in the left eye. Blue skin positively matted in darker blue fur, covered it's grotesquely muscled frame. Large serrated tusk jutted out from what looked like the mouth of a bear, but with the nose of a boar. It's left ear was missing, but it's right, still very rabbit like, twitched towards different sounds.
Suddenly a great pressure was felt, and The Autumn Knight heard a voice. "Brave warrior, your strength leaves you, but those you serve do not. Reach out and take the branch from yon tree, and grasp the Antler of Autumn." Doing as he was bidden, the Knight took hold of the branch and suddenly it changed into a sword, carved from the antler of a great stag. "With this weapon may ye smite the enemies of Autumn. The Knight nodded grimly, took the blade in hand and charged.
That was 2774 years ago. On a battle field long forgotten to time, during a battle which had no name. After he defeated his foe, was the knight ordered to flee the battle, flee and find allies to eventually help save his Court. He has found few willing, let alone able, to take up the fight. Hardly enough to go against Queen Mab and her winter court. Now though, during these modern times, Meta Humans have become almost common place, and he was sure his time was neigh.
Pet
Name: Avatar of Cernunnos
Abilities: Avatar of Cernunnos can fly, or more accurately run on air. It is always glowing, a pale silver aura. It can pass through into the realm of the Fae upon command. Until called upon, it lives within the Antler of Autumn. The light of dawn destroys it for twenty four hours.
Looks:
History: The Avatar of the god who's horn was used to make the Antler of Autumn, Avatar of Cerunnos is loyal to whomever holds the blade. Which at the moment is The Autumn Knight. It does not have much of a personality and cannot stray far from the blade. It will follow orders from the blade wielder without question.

Abilities: The blade is unbreakable and never dulls. During the day, heatwaves can be seen shimmering from it, and the blade is incredibly hot. During the night, curls of mist can be seen falling from it, and it is inexplicably freezing.
Description: Given to him by the Queen of Autumn, the Antler of Autumn was forged from the horn of a great Stag god known as Cerunnos.

Personality: Lachlan is a fowl mouthed, both in breath and turn of phrase, alcoholic. He lives for a good fight... Or even a poor one! He's loud and can be quite obnoxiousness, but he's as good as his word at least. He believes men should be tough and not afraid to dirty, or even bloody their knuckles from time to time. He quite enjoys singing bar shanties. He also calls them shanties. He gets seriously angry when people call him Irish, because it happens a lot. He can be pretty single minded, and easy enough to trick, though while drinking he becomes incredibly focused. All that aside, so long as you don't disturb his drinking or try to make him angry, he can be quite friendly especially if he thinks you can hold your own in a fight. He also finds amusement in the fact that he is gay. Often making lewd remarks about it, some people believe in an attempt to off balance his opponents. Others think that's just how he is. No one can quite agree and he wont specify.
History: Lachlan was born in Scotland and raised in a small town where the only entertainment was a bar. His father was unemployed for most of Lachlan's life and an alcholic to boot. In short, he was his hero. His father was a mans man, never took crap from anyone, even if he ended up on the worse end of things, and Lachlan modeled his life after him. Though, as he got older he became moderately more successful than his father. He fell in with some gangs and eventually joined up with the army. After being discharged for fighting with his fellow soldiers and getting drunk, he left to find work as a mercenary, since then he has not had a want for booze or money. Though he mostly just cares about the booze.
Powers: Lachlan is a master with the style of martial arts known as Zui Quan, literally translated as "Drunken Fist", though he uses the term Drunken Boxing. In reality most people need to be sober to actually use this technique, but Lachlan has perfected the fighting style while actually inebriated, which he says makes him the only true master.
His body reacts to alcohol in a unique way, in that it uses it as a type of biological fuel, to power his super powers. Due to this, he can consume vast amounts of alcohol without actually suffering from alcohol poisoning. Though he can still suffer from hangovers. Sometimes even worse than normal people.

Roleplay Sample: "An mebbe' that'll teach yeh some manners eh? Ha ha harr!" The shout came from inside a pub, where moments before a bar fight broke out over someone calling someone else something they shouldn't have. The person that called the name? He'd be the fellow his friends were dragging out the door in a hurry. The fellow he insulted? That'd be the man sitting at a broken table with some of his friends laughing up a storm. The name the poor fellow called him? Irish.
Lachlan wasn't an overly sensitive soul, but he did enjoy a good fight, and it did bother him when someone called him Irish. He was Scottish, there is a very real difference. He was toasting with his friends, belting out an rude bar shanty, as he liked calling them, when his friends fell silent. "Eh? Whass the matter wit you lot? Cat got yer tongues? Ha! You shits couldn't get pussy if yah rubbed catnip on your balls! Ha ha harr!" He turned his drunken gaze behind him. Standing over him was a tall man with grey skin and pointed ears. "Eh? Eh? If it inn't the Elf! Sit yer pasty ass down and 'ave a pint!" The grey skinned man stared down at him.
"Lachlan, I have need of your... Talents." The Autumn Knight looked less than amused at his acquaintances's antics. But he has proven a capable and loyal ally... So long as his loyalties were bought before the fact. Besides, the Knight enjoyed the company of the Irish and Scottish folk. They were the first people the Fae had interacted with, and the people the Fae most preferred the company of. Especially in this modern day.
The Drunk just looked levely at the Knight. "Mah... Talents yeh say?" He stared for a moment more, then burst out laughing again. "Iff'n yer makin' a move on meh, well yer jus' not meh type! Ha ha ha harr!" The Knight just shook his head. At this, Lochlan sighed and stood shakily. "O'right, o'right... Always so prim and proper yeh are! Ye got a stick up your arse so far I'm sure yeh can taste it! Haaharr!" He locked eyes with the Knight and landed a heavy palm on his shoulder. "So. Who issit that ah gotta beat for ya? And... D'ya have mah payment?" The Knight nodded and held out a small leather canteen. Lachlan eyed it for a moment and took it with a grin. " 'S always good to do business with yah my friend."
At that a man came through the door, dressed in full medieval armour. A mace in one hand, a short sword in the other. "Ehhhh? What the bluddy 'ell is all this? Yer a little ways off from the costume ball princess!"Lachlan's friends laughed as the man leveled his sword at Lachlan. "I've no quarrle with you sir, it tis with the Fae that I seak combat. He has escaped me thrice now, and my cold iron shall taste his blood for the last time on this day." Lachlan squinted at the man, then turned to the Elf. The Elf nodded an affirmative. Lachlan's grin returned as he walked over the bar and pulled a bottle of whiskey from behind the counter, downing what was left in a single pull.
A thundering crash sounded as the man in armour came flying out through the wall next to the door. Lachlan came staggering over the wreckage. "Issat all? Wot's the madder with yeh?" The man lifted himself from the ground, a fist shaped dent in his breast plate. "Sir, I do not wish to harm you, I come from a line of Faery hunters. I have sworn my life to protecting people like yourself from creatures like that." Lachlan just laughed. "Faery hunter eh? Well yer in luck! I'm a fairy too! Now come on then, lets see what you got." Rushing forward quicker than most men should have been able to, let alone after drinking as much as he had, Lachlan's hand lashed out at the armoured man, snapping against the wrist with the sword, making him drop it. The man swung his mace at Lachlan's head, but his other hand was there to catch the head of the mace in his bare palm.
The armoured man's eyes grew wide through his visor. "You're no Faery! The touch of cold iron is toxic to their ilk." Lachlan laughed again as he ripped the mace from the man's hand, throwing it aside. "I said I was a fairy. I ain't no Fae, I'mma poof ya sodding moron." He punched the man in the shoulder, forcing him to stagger back. "A fruit!" This time the hit came to the opposite knee dropping the man to the ground. "I'mma god damn faggot! Ha ha harr!" Both hands crunched against the mans helmet, bending it so it would need tools to be removed, but not killing him.
"Now then, yeh leave that blighter in there alone, or I'll be payin' yeh another vist, and I wont be so fucking friendly! Ha har haa!" He kicked the man in the chest sending him sprawling in the dirt. Walking back inside, the Elf was gone, but the leather canteen was till there. Lachlan picked it up and gave a wiff. "Ahh..." He pulled out the stopper and took a long pull. "Nothing like Elf wine! I swear yah never tasted nothing like it! " His friends all laughed as they went back to their singing.
