Jihad's army (NPC villains)

Jihad's army are a German based Muslim extremest group. Their manifesto states that any superhuman not using his powers in the direct service of Ala is a tool of the devil, and therefore they seek out nonMuslim Meta-humans and torture them to death while video taping the event. They send these tapes to the various Governments of the world as a warning, but recently their leader, Mustafa was captured. Unfortunately his disciples attempted a break out.

Name: Ahmed 'Jihad' Mustafa

Appearance: long beard, turban, robes, Arab terrorist stereotype.

Powers: Ahmed is a devote Muslim zealot and believes his Telepathic powers are direct blessings from Ala to battle nonbelievers. Telepathy, telekinesis, and minor mind altering hallucinations are all talents he can summon at will.

NPC Henchmen: These are elitily trained Muslim terrorists, weapon mastery, tactical combat, and extremest beliefs making them willing to die for their cause. They have been equipped with state of the art bodyarmor (+2 Dur) and high end fire power in the form of semi automatic rail guns with ammunition tipped with depleted uranium or 'Tank Killers'.
