Potential System

This only applies to speed and strength everything else can stay the same. If you want I can change it to be all of the stats but it will only be for the short version. The way it works is overlapping the grid. Use the colors green, yellow, and red. Green is low powered, yellow is moderately powered, red is high powered. Once the first row is colored color it again with the next color. (7 green, 5 overlapping yellows)
This next version is the same just shorter and involves ripping off 3 spaces from speed and strength. Also in this version normality is free.
Long Potential System

I however do not like the short version. The short version makes people like my gunslinger and my alchemist go off the bottom of the charts by speed and strength respectively. My gunslinger is a heavy set tank who cannot move as well as most, and my alchemist is a bit frail and is unable to lift his weight. The short version makes people like these unable to fit the short version charts. I do NOT want to change them to fit them to the chart. Thats not the way I designed them. I dont want the extra stats forced into them just because the charts say so, If the short version is approved I will not be happy about it.

Why?
Now you have so much more to spend on the other stats. Normality is free! So you don't spend a single cent on being able to lift double your own weight. That should make you feel happier that you can now spend it on something else.
If you are still unhappy I can however boost it up to 1 point which why would you want to spend a dollar when something is free?
