Intelligence Allocation: 7

Ability: Derek's personal firearm that he keeps on him at all times, that has the ability to pierce through highly durable metahumans. He also carries with him an array of bullets he can load into the chambers if need be in different scenarios. However, he has to load the bullets into the chamber which could take precious time in a fight.

Most of the time, he uses normal bullets in the chamber. But he keeps other bullets on hand in case he is in tricky scenarios.

Freeze Bullets: Not meant to inflict any damage, but  when fired, it releases a cyrogenic flash that generates rapidly growing and expanding ice crystals to freeze an object or person's limbs in place.
Allocation: 6 intelligence.

Incinerary Rounds: Designed to engulf a target in flames. A heavily damaging type that is only used against extremely dangerous enemies or obstacles.
Allocation: 6 Intelligence

The freeze and incenerary rounds would require int allocations and from looking at your app, you already have an item at your highest allocation, so unless you make a second item that is a stat booster the gun itself would have the be level 7 in power.
