Stephen captured the blast in his palm, compressing it into a small orb..."I see you've skipped the formalities...So allow me..." Stephen expanded the orb with his own energy, then threw it at Nightkill.

Stephens energy penetrated Night's shield, but the attack was softened for him. While Night went flying in the other direction Stephen quickly teleported to the top of the fiery building, he threw his arms downward and began to compress the flames, causing the fire to slowly go out.
