Personality: Bullet constantly acts like he has a huge sugar rush, he is very hyperactive and impatient and is always looking for a fight. However, that side of his personality can only be seen when he is acting like a normal person, when he puts on his sunglasses he will always act serious and determined to kill the enemy.

History: When Bullet was born, he was made the test subject of a unique super drug that gave him amazing speed, his mother, being a very selfish woman, sold Bullet to the government for alot of money. As a young boy Bullet was trained to be a super solider, capable of taking down a whole army.

By the time he was able to walk he could outrun an Olympic athlete, at the age of 5 he could run as fast as a car, by the time he was 10 he could run at half the speed he can run today. However, before his training could be complete he escaped from the government facility he was being raised in.

Since then, Bullet has roamed the streets, fighting evil as he went, however, he was never taught the difference between right and wrong and thus he has no problems killing criminals, gaining him a dangerous reputation among the police and other heroes.
