Personality: Renese is always fired up. She has the shy and defenseless attitude when she talks to people. she is always fired and up for fighting when she is fighting. She does not take it easy on any one and loves when people are shocked by her power.

History: She has a family background of her father being really strong with impenitrable skin. Her mother side is really beautiful and always has guys and some girls following and falling all over her.

Powers: She also has a healing factor of 4 that generates at a fairly good rate. She drinks alot but is fairly effected by the drinks.

That isn't Overpowered at all, but a legit power. It could be level 7 EP Regeneration if he/she worked for it.

But other than that, UE is right that you need a lot more editing. But you probably already knew that.

This application has already bin trashed by request of the user, no need to comment any further, but Sul is 100% correct. You can have any level 1-7 healing factor and not be overpowered. If you spend the points there you deserve the power, I can name quite a few heroes on this site who have even more then a lvl 4 healing factor and aren't overpowered at all.
