Personality: Tempest is a vile, angry, and savage being with no love for Humanity or any of it's people and would as quickly rip someones heart out as spit on them. A person with no mercy and a lot of hatred he simply destroys anything he doesn't like and kills anyone who tries to stop him. He knows not the meaning of mercy nor does he care for the warrior code and would use every under handed trick in the book to win.

History:Duke Callington Was a Normal every day kid raised in the rough streets of hells Kitchen with a dead beat dad and a hooker mother, Raised on hatred and blood he was beaten every day by his father and utterly spurned by his own mother who saw him as nothing but a barrier between her and her next fix. Duke grew up knowing only violence and never seeing good and that was a big example on a child.

As Duke grew older he began to run with a gang and soon was one of it's top members mainly because of his brutal nature and utter contempt at peace and Mercy. Duke made a big reputation when he single Handily took down another gangs five top members with a Baseball bat and a cops nightstick. Duke became the soul of the South Side Horrors and was even offered a top position but he turned it down liking his job as a enforcer.

The saying wrong place wrong time was actually right when Duke lead a group of Gang members into a Storm watch facility in the attempt to raid it and cancel out the weather alarms. Duke was upstairs when a bolt of lightning hit the antenna and went through the entire building and ended in a massive explosion. Duke was caught between two large conductors and hit full on with Lightning. His body was raised into the air as lightning coursed through it infusing his DNA with the power of Lightning.

Duke woke up in a hospital/prison and found himself strapped down, One look out the window told him where he was and in a rage that he was caught lightning streamed from his body destroying the bed he was on and blasting the walls to pieces. Duke looked around as cops came running and backed up against one wall that somewhat remained. His fingers accidentally hit a plug and he yelled as his body was yanked into it and he jumped out of a breaker box on the other side of own having gone clear across it on electric wires to arrive there. From there Duke trained with his power of Lightning and after 5 years became tempest a Villain ready to seize the world.

Powers: Wields lightning from his body and can do things lightning can do.
Duke can call lightning from the skv even from a clear blue one. He isn't sure how but he thinks it's because he speeds up the molecules in the air by will and calls it down.. Using his power he can manipulate it to land places and does this mostly by jumping into the bolt and controlling it with his body. He Discharges streams of Lightning from his body but must use a power source like street lamps or other electrical outlets to charge himself. Fully charged he can use his lightning for weeks on end before needing to charge again. Using lightning he can also use EMP Pulses and Make shields of lightning to stop projectiles. (Depends on the power behind it)

Duke can fly.

His power allows him to heal wounds. Small to large wounds heal almost instantly using Electricty in his body to speed it up. However wounds that do major damage such as death would take more focus and longer to do. (3 posts if he stays alive)

"Duke made a big reputation when he single Handily took down another gangs five top members with a Baseball bat and a cops nightstick." - This sounds a little unbelievable considering this was before you got your powers, your physical stats aren't amazing, and you aren't exactly the worlds greatest fighter. Not that big of a deal, but just saying it could use an edit.

It's a little misleading when you say "Duke can fly" Didn't you want a psuedo-flight? The way you described it certainly sounds like it. Unless you wanted to fly perfectly that is. If it's a psuedo-flight, you get a 21 base grid, not a 20.

Travelling through lightning/electricity may be a little too much to ask for. I don't think you should have that power, least in my opinion. You're already fast as hell, why would you need the power anyway? Seems like it'd just be cheap to be able to disappear into a electric socket.

In the beginning I did but I ended up liking the idea of flight so I went with it instead.

That is fine will call it a one shot thing and never happens again. It was before I got the idea for flight to be honest.
