"As do I." Macie said, meeting Eduard's gaze with her own, holding it until she needed to blink. His eyes hid much, and she wasn't about to go digging after their first outing, even if they both knew something good might come out of it. Macie smiled, pushing Eduard back to his feet. "Well, I don't know about you, but I'd like to get out of here to clear my head. The night air is good for your lungs, especially after running through a smoke filled building."

Ed smiled at Macie, though from her height it was probably obscured since he now towered over her again. "Alright shiela, let's get outta here." Ed walked over to the bar and slid a few hundreds to Harold and the pair left into the open night air.

Macie followed Eduard outside, her flats making light scuffing sounds on the concrete. She took a deep breath, letting the cooler night air lift away some of the fog in her mind. "Which way we walking, handsome?" Macie winked playfully, reaching up and looping her tiny arm through his massive one.

Ed blushed a little, he didn't know why, he use to get it a lot. Use to being the operative phrase in his mind. As she looped her arm through his, Ed decided to go one step further and place his hand over hers, chuckling to himself at the size difference. This is gonna be difficult mate, he thought to himself. Ed walked with Macie for a while, just holding her hand in his, not saying a word. Once again he felt something stir, tell him that this was right.

Macie looked up at him again, cocking her head slightly to one side. She looked at their hands, "Are you laughing at my size, Mr. Leifsson?" Macie grinned, and pushed on his arm jokingly. "I'm just kidding, I don't mind. No one could feel normal next to you, although that's not a bad thing." She then walked in silence, happy that she and Eduard could just be in silence, and know what will be right.

"Laughing more at my size shiela. You happen to not be gigantic, like most people."
Ed smiled as the two walked on silent in the dark, content with the world as it was.

Macie smiled when he said this, but didn't say much. Walking with Eduard for a ways, she sighed, knowing it was growing very late. "Well Eduard, I suppose we must part. " She stopped and turned to face him, her head tilted back to look into his eyes.

Ed moved his mouth to the side, in a disappointed kind of way. He looked at his watch, it was indeed rather late. He looked back over at Macie, down into her eyes. "Suppose we should, when do you want to do this again? Maybe tomorrow? I can introduce you to my best friend Gary, show you around my house."

"I'd like that." Macie smiled, blushing slightly at the thought of seeing him again so soon. "And I wouldn't be tight for time, because I don't have to work."

"Even if you did, I'm sure I could have gotten you out of it. Being famous does have it's perks." Ed pulled Macie in and hugged her. Letting go from the embrace he searched his pockets for the pen he had earlier, quickly realizing he had a cell phone on him, "What's your number, I'll call you tomorrow so I can arrange a pick-up."

Macie let herself sink into Eduard's massive arms, wrapping her own around his waist briefly before pulling back. "My number is two two five, two seven four, nine nine eight seven." She said, "And I should answer, since I'm going to stay home all day." Macie smiled, turning in the direction of her apartment.

Ed scratched the back of his head in a slightly nervous manner, "You want me to walk you home at least? I wouldn't feel right about you walking these streets alone at night."
