Anyone wanna rp with this guy?

I don't know if my title is clear enough so.... Who wants to rp with the hero Tidal Wave, the only hero who rides the bus, collects cans, beats down criminals with a discarded bottle of whiskey? All while he's cozy to a nice barrel fire.

Ok jokes aside, I want to get a chance to rp with Tidal Wave, I'm up for pretty much anything and at the moment I don't have much of an idea where to start. Considering that he use to live underwater, he can show up almost anywhere .... near a water way at least. Currently I'm in the mind of him making some friends or him fighting a villain, but either one works for me.
