I was thinking the mission itself be that Elena Marie contacts OCEAN, and does the usual deluded villain speech. The plot on Maries end would be that she sets up four seperate criminal activities at the same time in separate areas, all of which would lead to heavy civilian casualties. She would then dare OCEAN to stop these and prevent the excess death that they would incur. Any other ideas are welcome though.

So your idea is to split the characters up into 4 separate situations? Then presuming they topple the challenge set before them they regroup to take down Marie?
I'm mulling that over cuz to be honest it feels a tad cliche... maybe a little overdone. Not exactly a bad idea, just a bit far reaching. does that make sense?
