Origin of Powers: Mutant; When he was 16, he got beat up in an alley by three kids from his school. Just as the last punch was thrown, one of the kids stopped and started to hold his heart. His lips began to turn blue, and he collapsed Kendal was freezing his blood, but he didn't know that.
He got up and started to run, but the others began to chase him. He tried to climb a gate, but they pulled him down. Beside him were two barrels filled with water. The water in one began to lift and entered one's mouth and nose. He collapsed. All of the other barrel's water began to steam and the water vapor entered the last one standings mouth. He collapsed. After Kendal took in everything that happened, the water from everyone exited thier bodies and fell to the ground. Kendal ran before everyone gained consiousness. Now he's 20 years old and using his abilities to fight off all injustice for the greater good.
