Language 2: Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Richter Desmond has been miserable since he was moved to Chicago by his crime boss Charles Vance. However, Chucky Vance has taken a leave of absence from crime, nobody knows if he will ever come back. Richter Desmond has the whole empire...or whats left of it. Its in shambles, presence in New York is crumbling, and what was meant to be a westward expansion is contracting. If Richter doesnt think fast, the whole operation is going to have to relocate to Boston or in the worst case, it wont exist at all.

Richter Desmond
"Oh what to do, police have been cracking down on all of our operations now that Chucky is gone. It seems I get carried away trying to intimidate the feds and end up murdering them, oh well. I need some spending money, lets go to the bank Cryo

Richter walks to the bank, where he pulls out a large shotgun and kills 2 armed guards, Cryo Kill freezes the door shut.

Richter Desmond
"Okay, lets make this easy. Money in the bag, dont call the cops because I have no problem killing everybody in this damn room"

Suddenly somebody is heard. Who could it be?
