I updated History, edited abilities, and rearranged power point grid. Took one point from strength and one point from durability and added them to flight.

Unapproved because Odien didn't read anything, apparently:
Technomatter cannot turn PC's into Technomatter; and neither can Vexus [without permission]
The matter can only turn other forms of energy into the technomatter; obvious things like oxygen/air being one of them, etc.
I need you to state how big of an object can be quickly turned into the Technomatter.
4x the healing of a human means a paper cut that takes normally 2 or so days will heal in about 12 hours. [Keep that in mind]
I must say your weaknesses really do balance out all of your powers.

Name how wide the opening of the purse is.
The microchips should also be affected by a HIGH GRADE EMP [I am talking super military] etc.
Other than all of that, it checks out.

Removed turning other PCs into technomatter, moved turning Vexus herself into technomatter into the RP Mechanics section to be used for transportation means.
Added to weaknesses that the technomatter cannot convert forms of energy, also added a mini system to how long it takes for the matter to covert things based on their weight.
Upped the healing factor so that major/lethal injuries can be healed very quickly when the Celestial Eye is not active.
Added in dimensions to the purse.
Added in EMP weakness to the Mikrochips.
Added to weaknesses that the technomatter cannot convert forms of energy, also added a mini system to how long it takes for the matter to covert things based on their weight.
