Personality: Dave has a generally pleasant demeanor and an easygoing, aloof air about him. He can prove to be quite the persuader when the task comes around to it, with his honey-sweet voice capable of disarming even the most complicated and threatening of situations. When worst comes to worst, however, his personality can be flipped like a switch: one minute he can be calm and jovial, the next he can be totally vicious and merciless.

When faced with someone he isn’t acquainted with, Dave usually presents himself with a polite smile, though his posture toward said person is nothing other than neutral until he figures out what their intentions are, he’s usually good at reading people in that way. It comes from being both shy and slightly paranoid; therefore it’s not too easy to break the ice with him. All in all, Dave has a certain respect for any human being who isn’t prone to causing trouble, though he’s learnt to constantly keep his guard up when faced with the unknown, be it a location or another person. He’s very friendly towards those he’s begun trusting and always searches for a way to solve problems without violence. Some perceive it as a weakness in him, though he considers it nothing more than the humane and correct thing to do. He helps people willingly and usually selflessly as long as it’s morally correct to do so. Dave is also somewhat intolerant of closed-mindedness, especially when someone attacks his own beliefs and opinions just because they conflict with theirs without bothering to look at his reasoning.

If there was one word to describe Dave it would have to be resourceful. All his life he's been able to take the most basic components and materials and make something practical and functional. This applied to most areas, from crafting a makeshift tool, to cooking a decent meal to smithing an original and unique weapon. Hes good at taking what he has in his possession and making something more useful than any of the items by themselves.

When it comes to combat Dave is a laid back fighter, he will only kill if absolutley forced too. He prefers too just subdue his target; unless they have hurt someone he cares for, at which point he will not think twice but ending their life. More often than not Dave is seen smiling and cracking jokes when he's winning a fight, In his miind this will manage to get whoever he is fighting to laugh and stop the fight but in reality it tends to aggravate them and make things worse.

History: Some people are just born odd in the world, and David Gaft is no exception. Born to merchants, Dave was used to the ups and downs of the economy. His family went through all types of extremes; exciting highs balanced by crushing lows before finally settling down on subsistence. His family, being professional merchants with too much pride to trust other merchants, scavved all of their goods and repaired it themselves. When the wells began running dry in terms of repair equipment, Dave's family found their business "empire" rapidly collapsing.

In order to stop themselves from going under, the Gafts sold almost all of their worldly posessions in order to keep business going. Even that, however, wouldn't keep them above for long. In order to stay in money and equipment, the Gafts resorted to crime.

Thefts were slow and petty at first; a few dollars here, a fancy t.v. there. But soon the family became more cunning, and started taking on bigger and better heists. The father, being more egotistical than his wife, even began taking notes on the best techniques for thieving, keeping them in a notebook which he planned to pass down to Dave when the time came that he could no longer steal. Eventually, the Gafts abandoned their merchanting ventures altogether and hired themselves out as professional mercenaries; stealing what they were told to for the highest bidder.

For a while, Dave was alright with sidelining his family's circus of crime, watching as they came home every night hauling sacks of loot and becoming filthy rich off it. However, he also paid firsthand observations to the effects that had on his family. His mother and father began to have arguments more and more often, eventually resulting in neither of them coming home on one of their "runs". Dave waited for three days before deciding they were dead. Rather than abandon the thieving trade, however, Dave (then aged 18) began the business anew.

Three years later, Dave lost it all. His house was raided by cop who had caught wind of the location and moved in. When Dave came home, he found his house sacked of all of his belongings; except, of course, for his father's notebook. Darrel let it slide, mostly after killing a few of the cops, because he knew that he could get it all back. And he would get it all back. Because, in his own convoluted mind, he was the best thief the World had to offer.

Powers: David would be considered a normal human if it wasn't for superhuman level of intelligence.

Items Of War:

Battlestaff: A steel staff that's about 5 feet long but can collapse into itselfs to make it only a foot long, it has a slight bend to it that gives it extra durability.

Chains Of Vengeance: A short chain that is thrown at an enemies arms or legs to tie them up/subdue a body part; They have also been known to be used as a weapon to knock weapons out of opponents hands. Dave normally carries two of these in a small pouch on his waist.

"Saint Mariette" - A 9mm handgun with a 12 bullet clip that is only used in situations Dave feels the suspect deserves to die, It was his father's gun but Dave took it when he ran away.

Blind Justice: Homemade grenades that when activated explode and produce a large cloud of powerful mace that temporarily blinds and disorrients the target.

Okay for the FS you wouldn't be that high unless he had training. This is Level 4 FS:

Master - You're a combat specialist who has been thought how to fight very well. You've achieved the highest rank possible in a single martial arts style, or have has minor training in several different forms of combat.

And no way according to your history is that what you are I'm afraid... So personally I would lower it to FS 3 which would still make you pretty good like this:

Trained - You've either been trained in martial arts for a short period of time, or have gained experience from being in many fights in your life time, and know how to fight fairly well compared to the average human.

I would put the point on Strength personally, it'll give you a more powerful punch. (:

You have 5 more points to use dear ^-^

You could put another point on Speed and Endurance if you wanted. Or you could make yourself have super speed or something? Or are you happy with how he is?
