Personality: Aftan is a cruel, merciless killer who only cares about him self, he is calm in a psychotic kind of way. He is only agitated when he is underestimated or if he is loses in a battle, he cannot accept the fact that he is losing. If he wins a fight all he does is gloat about his victory, he will kill any who stand in his way and if someone surrenders he shows no mercy and strikes them down immediately. Never ever underestimate him, or you die.....

History: Aftan is a Half-Dragon, Half-Demon spawn of the Lord of Death, Raide. He was known as one of the fastest, and strongest demons in hell. Cirasis had great potential for a young half-breed, so Raide sent him to earth where he would help Raide take over earth. Aftan was sent to earth, to watch over it, until Raide made his attack. Once the angles found the portal to hell, Aftan lost connection with Raide, and all the other demons. Once he lost connection Cirasis fell into a deep hibernation, where he grew much stronger, faster, and tougher. Not long after the events that took place on earth in the fight against the heroes of earth against the spawns of hell, Cirasis awoke from his slumber, to find that Raide's attack had failed and earth was still under human control.
"Even with Raide defeated, one demon still roamed the earth, I am that demon!"

Powers: Aftan Only has one power and that power is to transform into either a dragon or a demon changing his powers. When he transforms into a dragon he gains strength and Durability but loses speed. When he transforms into a demon he loses strength and durability but he gains speed. He can fly in both forms.

I think if we keep a close eye on what comes through we can still allow the occasional angel/demon. No symbiotes still because those were just bad Marvel knockoffs. I'm surprised he can't fly with them big ol' wings(I know you can I looked at the app and you have 20 points in your first PG but you should list it as a power) and I'm also wondering where you got that extra point in your dragon form from...

Add that he can fly in the powers and get rid of your extra point in Dragon-form and I say it's alright.
