Title: King of Speed

Weight:130 lbs
Costume Description: His costume is mostly blue with metal red "fins" on the four arms and side of the shoes to facilitate airflow. He wears yellow goggles to keep bugs and other debries from getting into his eyes.
Personality: He is upbeat and cheerful. He is easily excited and optimistic, sometimes a bit naive. He tends to be able to smile even through pain.
History: He was born with a desire to be challenged and surpass challenges. This helped him excel in school. It was when he joined the school track team that he discovered his true passion. Since then he has been exercising his power, wanting to be a little faster each day.
After a break in at his house, he began to notice the crime in the world and set to fixing alittle bit of it each day.
Powers: He is amazingly fast, so far reaching March 5. He has quick reflexes and response times to match. If he can get a running start, he can charge at an opponent and hit them with a deafening sonic boom.
While reaching super speeds he is less affected by friction (so he doesn't burn up).
Also while unconcious, he heals quickly.

Its a little simple. But hey I understand your desire to get started.
