Well not really. Toyclown is kind of a low grade thug at best.Thought lots of experience on his side.
To any heros who want a fun time please come to Chicago lets have some fun.
To villains looking for a thug who has 30+ years of experience from the circus.With skills from knife throwing to lock picking and a whole lot inbetween.
So who wants to have some fun and a few laughs with an old clown???

So here's the setup I have in mind. The thread starts with Toyclown meeting clients in a tent. They give info and half up front -$500,000 - to kidnap a "dog" from an "old man" from a "Seminary" (place where priests live). Then we go from there. Of course, half a mil to steal a dog would be very suspicious... but also half a mil is half a mil. This good?
