Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Need a Maniacal Villain to Put Behind Bars! Empty Need a Maniacal Villain to Put Behind Bars!

Okay guys, I recently had my second character Zoom Jr approved and since he's going to be Zoom's sidekick I'm looking for a villain who'd be interested in a good old fashioned fight. A high speed chase might not be the best considering the nature of their powers but anything could be good.
