Personality:Jeff is a really happy guy to hang with. He is a painter, A gamer and a builder he can make anything that he really want. Inside of a team he put his own body on the line for his own team members just like a family member will do. Outside of battle he is a awesome guy to hang out with. Inside of Battle he put his body on the line with or without turning into the Ice dragon. He can and will use his own body as a human shotgun.

History: Jeff was born in Japan, He finsh high school and Collage in Japan as well. He make his own art school to teach kids how to draw and other stuff. But Jeff is also have something inside of him. The power to turn into a Ice Dragon. He use that power to save the world from evil dude. Every team want jeff he said" I work alone... for now" He work with other teams with there missions but mostly he work and save peoples by himself. If he not saving peoples, He help kids become painter and drawers. But when he change into the Ice Dragon he need to get mad then the change trigger inside of his body to turn into the dragon. You see Jeff hanging out inside of his school teaching the little kids, In his Traning ground he own in his house or anywhere high you can find Jeff.

Your ice dragon will only be able to have high dur, speed, strength, and the Ability to transform back into your human form. If you were thinking that your character would have Ice Related powers, you will need to adjust your points in your dragon form.

Your human form has 23 points; which is completely fine. Using all of the points is silly, especially when your character is human to begin with; and should honestly not have higher STR, DUR, etc when in his form.

I gave your character OCC for his "Smarts" because of him being an "Ice Dragon."

Your history is okay, but could use some tender love and care.

Your sentence structure is okay, but your history bounces around a lot, and could be expanded.

If this was a rush job, I advise you to sit down, and plan a history for your character. I want you, and any other people that would like to RP on SHRP, to take their time writing their character's history.

Give it good thought, good structure, and good meaning.

For example:

• How did he learn about him being able to become the ice dragon?
  
• How did he become rich enough to start a school?
  
• Why does he have to be mad to transform?
  

Stuff like that is a good example.
