Description: Former doctors and scientists who either were kidnapped or brought over to Otac's side, these men are the ones that preform brain surgery on the incoming recruits called Made Men. They have no special powers other than being geniuses and doctors as well. Their uniform would typically be scrubs or lab coats. The ones that would be captures were forced to undergo either torture (until they gave in to Otac) or brain surgery preformed by the Mad Men and Otac. If the surgery fails, Otac would dispose of the doctor/scientist's body.

Description: The Made men are either hobos that are kidnapped and preformed surgery on their brains or just punks that want to be in a gang. These men would undergo a test, where they would drink a toxin that Otac makes. This toxin, if they are effected by it, causes their bodies to be permanently paralyzed. Which in that case Otac would take whatever weapon he can use to kill a man and dispose of the failures. The rest are brought into the basement of his home, where there is a surgical lab. He would operate (with the help of the Mad Men) on their brains, forcing them to forget about everything. Then he would begin with training. He would force the Made Men to participate in grueling exercises, obstacle courses for soldiers, and weapons training that forced the Made men to perfect their use of weapons. These men are the Made men, the proudest soldiers Otac has ever made. Their uniform consists of a black suit and Otac's mask.

As for how they live, Otac turned the old warehouse he use to live in into a barracks, where they stayed and were fed free food. These are the mindless ones that obey Otac's every whelm.
